Position: International Business Development Manager

Work Location: Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage international sales projects, focusing on metal materials and high-temperature alloys, while achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer distribution, and competitive landscape, providing timely feedback to the management team.
  • Identify and develop new clients, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing key accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, from opportunity recognition to contract signing and after-sales support.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of special alloys, including casting master alloys and deformation alloys, to effectively communicate product benefits and applications to clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment in strategies and execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed research reports and sales forecasts to senior management, highlighting market conditions and potential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong customer service focus, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international sales, with at least 5 years in sales related to metal materials or aerospace products.
  • Experience in working with manufacturers of special steel or alloy materials, familiarity with high-temperature alloy markets and their specific requirements.
  • Fluent in English & proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure.
  • Willing to travel.
