Role Description

Qualifications

-Bachelor's in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.

-Professional certification or license (e.g., from RISM).

-3-5 years in real estate valuation or property management.

-Knowledge of valuation methods and property law.

-Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

-Familiar with Malaysian property regulations.

-High integrity and professionalism.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
