Role Description

Branch Manager is responsible to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of sales and operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, branch's profit, and asset management.
  • Able to bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and documentation as related to operational procedures.
  • Able to capable to identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
  • Responsible to manage day-to-day branch operational ensuring timely opening and closing of the branch, service to the customers for all services and keeping high level bank standards.
  • Able to delegate duties to various team members, giving them the specific tasks to accomplish for the overall success of banking operations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication, organizational and planning skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience, relevant sales experience in the banking and financial industry.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of Islamic banking principles (preferred)
