  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects;
  • Ensure that all projects undertaken by the Company are delivered on-time, within the scope and within the budget allocated for each and every project;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and in ensuring technical feasibility for each and every project including, but not limited to the managing of all aspects of due diligence towards the feasibility studies, geotechnical evaluations, environmental assessments and surveys;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of each and every project, wherein you shall manage all dates and processes within a project to ensure that the project progresses as anticipated including, but not limited to critical dates within the development agreements, permitting and construction;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Communicate project status to the Company’s management throughout the project period to ensure critical components are not missed and risks are clearly identified in allowing you to perform risk management to minimise any risk to each and every project;
  • Report and escalate to the Company’s management as needed;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with your clients/third parties/vendors;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for each and every project undertaken by the Company;
  • Meet with the clients/third parties/vendors to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each and every project;
  • Lead and manage network of engineers, architects, surveyors and other consultants in guiding each and every project through its governmental approvals proves to obtain all permits/approvals required for each and every project;
  • Manage design consultants in engineering a project within the parameters of the approved site plan, budget, and governmental authorities’ requirements;
  • Delegate project tasks based on your staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels;
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of any short and/or long-term goals as may be determined by the Company from time to time;
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients/third parties/vendors as well as other staff members;
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills;
  • Attend conferences and training as required by the Company’s management to maintain proficiency;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned;
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document each and every project undertaken by the Company.
  • Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience : 4 – 5 years of working experience in housing construction, development and defect/building development/property management and construction company
