Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who specializes in IT services, cloud solutions, and artificial intelligence technologies. The ideal candidates who are experienced in selling professional IT services is essential (ITO).

To promote services not limited to the following:

  • Software testing
  • Application development
  • IT staffing
  • Technical support

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in IT services and solutions, with knowledge in software engineering and a deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI).

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic market expansion plans, identifying new business relationships and opportunities, and driving business growth in IT outsourcing, technical support, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to formulate business development
  • strategies that encompass IT services, cloud technology, and AI technology market directions and customer targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis of industry and market trends, evaluate competitor movements, with a specific focus on advancements in artificial intelligence and cloud computing, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Client Development: Proactively develop potential clients, addressing the needs for internet and enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and technical services, while establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Contract Negotiation: Engage with clients to negotiate contracts and handle quotations, ensuring smooth transaction completion.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with the technology, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure that the solutions provided align with corporate strategy, technological forefront, and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of business development or account management experience in IT services and solutions, experience with internet fin-tech is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud technologies, experience in the AI and artificial intelligence technology domain, familiar with AIGC and LLM applications.
  • Market Insight: Profound understanding of the IT, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence industries, with the ability to keenly seize market opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and internal teams. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively in a multiproject environment.
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Chinese, capable of conducting business
  • communications and writing technical reports in both languages. Speaking Japanese is a good plus.
  • Education: studied in oversea (US or England) with MBA or computer science degree or related majors.
