Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive sales efforts to expand our client portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to adapt, innovate sales and business development tactics, ensuring competitive advantage and market leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and account manager for key client accounts; building/maintaining strong relationships and understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the recruitment or manpower outsourcing/contract recruitment field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
  • Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
