JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in recruitment support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, and assist in tracking employee training records.
  • Provide administrative support, such as filing, mailing, maintain the HR office's supplies and resources, and office organization.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
