As we expand our operations to various sectors, including cabinetry through Wonder Hub Cabinet, and other creative woodworking services, we seek a skilled Business Administrator to manage and optimize our day-to-day business processes. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Management: Oversee the daily administrative operations of Wonder Innovation Hub, ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative tools to ensure efficient functioning. Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure timely invoicing, accounts payable/receivable management, and payroll processing. HR & Employee Management: Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and performance tracking. Foster a productive work environment and address employee queries. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams on timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Ensure efficient workflow management, especially for large-scale custom woodworking projects like push carts and event backdrops. Vendor & Client Relations: Maintain vendor relationships and manage client communications. Handle client contracts, quotations, and service agreements, ensuring timely and professional correspondence. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve business processes for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices and technological tools to streamline operations. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration, preferably within a manufacturing or creative industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software. Knowledge of financial processes and budget management.
