1. To plan, organize, coordinate and manage logistics operation in order to ensure right products are delivered to the right location on time.
2. Prepare full sets of commercial documentation such as packing list, delivery order and invoices.
3. Manage logistics processes through coordinating with internal departments and external parties.
4. Manage accounting data entry, document processing, record keeping and structured document filling.
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for audit.
6. Responsible for the timely submission, accuracy and maintenance of financial records.
7. To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time in relation to department requirements.

• Certificate or Diploma in accounting related fields.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
