JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Oversee general office operations, including front desk, office supplies, equipment, and maintenance managements.
  • Handle communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in managing process of foreign worker including visa applications and work permits.
  • Assist in compliance with construction-related licenses and permits, including SPAN, CIDB, SCORE, SPKK, ISO standards and etc.
  • Alert and aware with the latest regulatory changes and updates related to construction licenses.
  • Coordinate the application, renewal, and maintenance of these licenses as needed.
  • Facilitate the CIDB license application process for the company and its projects.
  • Regularly update and maintain the company's website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaise with service provider to troubleshoot and resolve any website issues promptly.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for all HR & Admin related licenses and documentation.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven experience in HR and administration roles
    • Proficiency in handling confidential documents and maintaining meticulous records.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications (MS Office, HRIS, etc.).
