Senior Oracle ADF Developer

As a Senior Oracle ADF Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, support of web applications utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Fusion technologies. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to development, testing, and deployment. Your expertise in Oracle ADF, coupled with your ability to mentor junior developers and lead projects, will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications that meet business needs. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and support web applications using a variety of Oracle ADF/Fusion 11g as well as 12c technologies - Perform detailed application debugging and Root Cause Corrective Actions - Create and implement detailed test plans, application blueprinting / designing - Architect, analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for assigned functional areas of Oracle Business Process Management suite - Able to explain software functionality from a user’s or customer’s perspective - May have project lead role and/or supervision responsibilities of lower level personnel - May provide guidance, assistance, and technical leadership to lower level software engineers Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years and above of experience in Oracle ADF development, with a strong background in ADF 11g and 12c. - Proficient in Oracle ADF, Fusion Middleware, Java, J2EE, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL. Experience with Oracle BPM Suite and WebLogic Server is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
