Maintenance Technician Job Description · Prepare daily maintenance report / task · Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues · Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures · Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures · Handling keys to tenant to move in and do any defect of the inside unit and electric · Handling common lighting such as corridor lights (LED), street light / led corridor lights · Plan and schedule repairs · Conduct periodic quality checks on requirement and systems, to ensure everything is up to standard · Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies Job Requirement · Three phase wire man PW3 or single phase wire man PW2 · With Electronic work experience (to handle Aman Parking machine) · Able to work shift including Sunday & Public Holiday
