Job description Account Assistant Responsibilities: • Able to do full set of account & closing reporting. • To key-in all creditors invoices for payment processing. • To prepare debtor invoices for approval by the Head of Finance • To ensure that the Account Payable and Account Receivables records are updated by monthly basis. • Reconciles all bank transactions and accounting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness • Perform other ad hoc assignment as and when required Account Assistant Requirements: • Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. • At least 3 months of working experience in the related field industry is required for this position. • Ability to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
