Operator

The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the production team in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing process. This includes assisting in preparing materials, operating machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role also involves coordination with other departments to meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help set up and prepare machines for production.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor production processes.
• Ensure proper operation of machines and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate any quality issues to the production team for immediate resolution.
• Assist in the basic maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment.
• Help troubleshoot and solve minor technical issues in machinery under the guidance of supervisors.
• Maintain records of production activities, including product counts, material usage, and other relevant data.
• Help generate reports on production output and efficiency.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure the production area is clean and free of hazards.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
