Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.

- Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates the unique value proposition of our products/services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact and ROI.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications
- Preferred mandarin speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a strategic capacity.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
