1. Responsible for assisting the opening and/or the closing of daily business operations
2. Responsible for assisting in the monitoring of inventory levels during business operations efficiently
3. Assist with all phases of restaurant operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in proper working order
4. Assist in ensuring the cleanliness of all areas at the restaurant is well-kept
5. Support other staff by working the busiest shifts and covering the positions when needed.
6. Any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of the Chef
7. Willing to work long term
8. Working days : 6 days a week
1. SPM or equivalent qualification required
2. Preferred to have working experience in a similar role
3. Extremely organized with good communication skills
4. Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
5. Some background or knowledge of computer basics
6. Must have strong customer service skills
7. Requires practice of proper health sanitation and ability to make change
8. Knowledge in ordering and scheduling of kitchen workers
9. Knowledge of inventory control, supplies, equipment, and food production
10. Ability to cook is highly preferred
