Tasks & Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts and other accounting-related tasks.
- Handle day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of financial schedules and management reports
- Assist in cash flow, inventory and asset management.
- Prepare audit, tax and accounting schedules, and assist the drafting of audited financial statements for year-end statutory audit.
- To perform intercompany billing
- Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretarial agents
- Assist and support any other daily accounting tasks and / or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Mandarin speaking.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Certificate in Professional qualification or higher
- Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience in Accounting Field.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated to work.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
