Job Description:
- Responsible for after sales service and technical support for major clients in Malaysia, providing on-site services.
- Responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support for company products, as well as providing application guidance to customers, and resolving technical issues that arises during product use.
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs, collect feedback from customers, and promptly follow up and handle it.
Job Requirements:
- A domestic college degree or above (Equivalent to or higher than Degree)
- Proficient in Bilingual language
- 3 years or above relevant work experiences, semiconductor or packaging board testing equipment learning abilities.
- Have certain communication and coordination skills, be positive and proactive, and have strong learning abilities.
- Malaysia Driving License is required.
- After joining, attend ONE (1) Month of training in Dongguan, China.
