Senior RTR Analyst / GL Reporting Team Lead - MNC/SSC

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for multiple roles of Accounts Executive / Accounts Analyst / Record to Report RTR Senior Analyst / GL Reporting Team Lead

This person will be responsibiel for the support of Accounting Analysis and general ledger activities.


Job Responsibilities

• Preparation / Reviewing of journal entries and other general ledger operations
• Preparation / reviewing of balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis
• Assist in periodic, monthly, quarterly and year end book closure
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts within the BlackLine tool
• Following up on reconciliation open items and clearing them in General Ledgers
• Support local Business processes by reviewing revenue adjustments and to provide periodic revenue reporting
• Working on AO reports and provide analysis on Aged Debt Report, Missing Time report, Head Count Report, Risk analysis, Chargebacks & Adjustments, etc.,
• Research, reconcile and monitor accruals / prepaid accounts and prepare/propose related journal entries as needed
• Research specific account activity and to propose/create journal entries as needed
• Capitalize fixed asset purchases in SAP following policy guidelines and to support subsequent accounting treatment throughout asset life cycle
• Record and perform accounting activities on leased technology assets in SAP
• Capitalize intangible assets in accordance with local requirements and produce periodic reporting

Main Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience for accounts executive in MNC or GL Reporting / RTR Analyst in MNC or SSC is preferred
• For Team Lead - preferably having experience reviewing junior's work / managing junior
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA will be advantageous
• SAP Knowledge & Blackline knowledge will be great but not required
• Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
• Prior experience in SSC / International MNC environment will be advantageous
