Responsibilities

  • Manage season parking customer accounts and maintain an accurate and current customer database
  • Effectively communicate with season parking customers via written and verbal communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts & ensure payments are received promptly
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Analyse and compile season parking related reports

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, meticulous and organized
  • Possess initiative and a customer-oriented attitude
