Responsibilities
- Manage season parking customer accounts and maintain an accurate and current customer database
- Effectively communicate with season parking customers via written and verbal communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts & ensure payments are received promptly
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Analyse and compile season parking related reports
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, meticulous and organized
- Possess initiative and a customer-oriented attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
