- Daily create Facebook ads and monitor real-time spending.
- Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads.
- Collaborate with content & design department to maintain a consistent creative voice and message across all paid platform.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Testing variations of ads to determine best performing ad sets.
- Strategize in campaign budget allocation across all advertising platforms.
- Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads.
- Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns in spreadsheet.
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
Requirements
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin. Able to speak Cantonese is advantage.
- Education background: Posses min education: Diploma in Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads. Google, X, TikTok is advantage
- Problem solving skills
- Good communications skills and good team player
- Willing to grow with company and possessed a good metric analytic skills.
- Attention to detail and creative mindset.
