Job Responsibilities:
- Issue Sales Invoice / Purchase Order / Scan Documents & General Office Duties
- Ensure supplier confirmation with PO and any not supplied within 3 months must check backorder with supplier
- Filling System: Soft and Hard copy in order, general Documents Failing or report: Completed failing Daily
- Support phone call & email
- Local and Interbranch ordering and Invoice, issue purchase return
- Daily Order and weekly bulk order
- Company Computer, Assets, Equipment, Environment Maintenance in good condition.
- Other job task assign by superior time to time.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or above is preferable
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Responsible and team player
- Good command of written & spoken English will be an added advantage.
