Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client databases and project status in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between clients, the sales team, and designers, ensuring clear communication throughout the design process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency. Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and presentations are ready for events.
  • On Boarding : Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members and also offboarding.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2years of experience in a sales support or operations role, preferably in the interior design industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
