About your new role!
After a period of rapid growth, GO is looking for an Experience Design Analyst to help define and design software and platforms that meet business’ and people’s needs. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. These responsibilities include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentation, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, providing a strong and informed point-of-view, and helping our UX team and clients better understand user’s experience.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility for:
- Work with the experience design team on various projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client objectives
- Participate in concept sessions leveraging user research and data-driven design thinking
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools
- Conduct primary and secondary user research (quantitative and qualitative research)
- Research trends and best practices across experiences/industries/channels
- Perform usability studies with consumers
- Delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with relevant tools such as Figma
- Communicate the experience and articulate design considerations and trade-offs
What we’d love to see from you:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in digital and experience design, with a focus on both IT and creative agency environments.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suites or similar tools
- Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills to deliver work with different teams and clients
- A self-starter who is keen to solve problems creatively
- Experience in gathering and using data through platforms such as AA, GA etc to better enhance design decisions
- Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS and Javascript), accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG) is a plus.
