Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for all employees across the group.
  • Employee Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits, including insurance, medical claims, allowances, and bonuses.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain comprehensive employee records, contracts, letters of offer, and performance appraisals.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Training & Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and career development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes and ensure timely completion of performance appraisals.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant labour laws and company policies.
  • Leave Management: Oversee leave applications and annual leave balance updates and ensure smooth communication of leave policies.
  • HR System & Process Improvement: Continuously improve HR systems and procedures to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, with at least 3-5 years of HR-related work.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes. Experience in Kakitangan software is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across different teams and departments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
