JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the core business
  • Attend to phone-in customers providing required support
  • Provide training and support to new and existing users
  • Assist in marketing events and activities
  • Manage new application and its processes, including due diligence
  • Assist in other administration and compliance activities.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess 0 - 2 years’ experience in customer support and/or administration
  • Passionate about customers, passionate about the team, passionate about learning and delivering results
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work under pressure and good multitasker
  • Basic computer knowledge is a requirement
  • Able to speak and write English and Malay with Mandarin is an added advantage.
