  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
Month-end closing:

1. Execute month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting

2. Assist in accounts receivables and accounts payables data entry and monitoring activities

Bank Reconciliation:

1. Conduct bank reconciliation to verify and align financial records with bank statements

Journal Entries and General Ledger:

1. Prepare and input journal entries, ensuring proper coding for accurate general ledger entries to support monthly closing activities.

Regulatory & Compliance:

1. Assist for license renewals and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting system is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, attentive to details
  • Computer literate – Microsoft words, power point, Microsoft excel
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
