  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Any qualifications with related knowledge and Experience in IT Project Implementation.

  • Develop functional documentation
  • Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes
  • Testing business processes and recommending improvements
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
  • Work with client to get application requirement.
    - Gather and prepare high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and in appropriate forms suitable for use by those whose work is based on requirement.
    - Work with development team to design system's components and database based on requirements.
    - Translate and represent requirements using visual diagram, prototypes, or simulations, where appropriate.
    - Manage and track requirements status throughout the project via Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
    - Manage changes in requirements baseline using effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.
    - Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including continuous improvement of a requirement process.
    - Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through requirements development and analysis by proposing new product features and updates.
    - Prepare UAT script and conduct UAT session.
    - Analyze defect or change request gathered from UAT session.
    - Prepare training material and conduct end user training to client.
    - Familiar with Agile Methodology
