Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for conducting sales activities including attend to existing customers, source new customers, promote company products and monitor customer accounts.
- Understand customers' needs and to propose suitable products based on the customers' needs and provide after-sales service.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective customers to solicit orders.
- Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Keep track on clients' payment terms and perform collection accordingly before stipulated due date.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
- Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field and familiar with chipboard, plywood, advertising products, decorative papers, industrial, household and general hardware. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
