Campaign Promotion Planning:

Creating timelines for all promotions, including filling item lists, artwork design by the designer, POSM printing, promotion price setting, retail briefings, and POSM allocation, ensuring smooth execution of all promotions. Negotiate promotion prices, POSM content design, printing materials, production techniques, costs, and warehouse schedules for outgoing goods with suppliers.

In-store Appearance Coordination:

Personally ensure optimal shopping experiences in all branches by coordinating with the operations department for store decorations and layout enhancements.

Supplier Coordination:

Personally negotiate with suppliers to secure additional A&P support, including advertising funds, extra POSM, gifts, rebates, vouchers, and samples, reducing promotion costs.
