Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to the marketing team - documentation preparation, updates, tracking and record maintenance of promotional activities, marketing expenses and other special projects as assigned by the team
- Assist in the execution, maintenance and updating of necessary records of in-store communication assets
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and partners regarding marketing-related matters to ensure the timely delivery and flawless execution of promotional materials and services as per the agreed plan.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Marketing or equivalents
- 1-2 years in related field, if any
- Proficiency in office software, attention to detail, problem-solving skills to address issues related to marketing operations and management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability, ethical conduct and commitment to continuous improvement
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, can work independently
- Willing to work in office based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
