Full Job Description:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, banks, and other parties to facilitate the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct title searches, monitor and manage key deadlines, and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing and litigation team as needed and attend to other tasks assigned by the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,165.72 - RM2,852.97 per month
