Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, faulty compressors, motors, and other AC components.
- Maintain cooling systems for guest rooms, conference rooms, Cafe, and other areas of the hotel.
- Monitor system performance and energy efficiency, making adjustments to improve performance or reduce energy consumption.
- Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Report any major system failures or needed upgrades to the engineering or hotel management team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & experience
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of practical experience in mechanical or HVAC-related work is required.
Skills & Attitude:
- Strong work ethic, hardworking, and disciplined.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Positive attitude
