Production Supervisor

- To maintain and continue Improvement the production process.
-To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting activities/process to reduce production related problems and delays.
-To maintain good 5S and safety in production floor.
-To ensure the production target is achieved.
-To ensure the records are properly kept and well maintained.
-Conduct shift Briefing and training of leader/ operator.
-To supervise and control the manpower efficiency.
-Ensure all the machine are well maintained and records after daily, weekly and monthly maintenance.
-Ensure all operators are complying to Safety and Environmental Regulation all time during working hours (Wearing PPE and Dispose Schedule Waste)
-Monitor, achieve and report the target set for machine efficiency and utilization.
- Prepare and submitting weekly/ monthly/ yearly KPI report and improvement activities report.
-To train leader/ operator on new WI, process, quality and ISO requirements effectively.
-To maintain, amend or create documents in compliance to ISO standard requirements.
-To monitor and maintain the machinery/ equipment condition meeting expectation.
-Basic Experience in QA/QC are an advantage
-Control workers with initiative skill disciplinary issue solving are an advantage

Minimum Qualification.
1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
2. Above SPM/ Diploma with relevant fields.
3. Good supervisory, leadership and communication skill.
4. Able to motivate Leader/ operators.
5. Able to work rotation shift (if required).
6. Able to work longer hours.
7. Able to communicate write and read with basic English or bahasa Malaysia.
8. Possess own transport.
