Position: Customer Service Executive (Contact Center)
Full-Time position
Working Location : Ampang Jaya - Common Ground, Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Ampang Jaya, Selangor (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Behind Ampang Point)
Basic Salary: RM 2,000- RM2,400 ( Monthly)
Fix Attendance Allowance: RM200 (Monthly)
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off days )
Working Hours: (8.00am - 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm, 11.00am - 8.00pm, 12.00 pm- 9.00 pm)
Job Description:
To attend inbound calls - inquiries, problems, and complaints from customers to resolve issues, providing first excellent contact resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1 year of related working experience in a Contact Centre are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English language for both spoken and written are a Must.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time
