  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Reporting to: Key Account Manager
  • Location: Selangor
  • Team size: 4

the role

  • Support the Key Account Manager in daily operations, managing client accounts and order processes while developing strong relationships with key clients.
  • Execute sales plans, monitor performance, and recommend promotional activities to drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Maximize merchandising and shelf presence, ensuring compliance with planograms and securing secondary displays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies, while continuously building market knowledge and identifying sales leads.

the experience

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of key account management experience in FMCG (skincare/personal care preferred).
  • Experience managing Modern Trade channels (chain pharmacy/hyper/super).
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
