  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions :-

• To recommend methods and countermeasure actions to resolve production issues, while identifying root cause that may be related to design, process, material, or workmanship.

• To improve operator efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve quality by re-engineering of process/workflow, relocation of work stations and the proposal of new equipment/machine acquisition.

• To suggest ways of improving current jig & fixture for better workability, and incorporate error proofing concept.

• Assist in setting up new equipment and testers, and to collect production data to ensure the new equipment is performing within specification limits.

• To lead and supervise a team of technicians to maintain overall production floor.

• To train supervisor and operators on the new and improved methodology.

• To arrange for new ICT fixture fabrication, debugging and implementation.

• Monitor calibration status of equipment & measuring tool, perform calibration arrangement, (internal calibration for calipers, weighing scale or weight).

  • Able to perform simple electronic diagnosis & analysis of product failure.
  • Update SOP, PFMEA & other process related documentation.
  • Prepare & submit engineering change request to customer.
  • Acquisition of replacement production jigs, tools & etc for worn unit.

Minimum Requirement(s): -

• Bachelor Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree required.

• At least 2 years’ experience in related field.

• Familiar with common manufacturing processes; SMT, wave soldering, ICT, mechanical assembly, functional test, etc.

• Innovative, proactive, self-motivated, have critical thinking & analytical mindset.
