  • Oversees and leading the team of HR operations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, learning & development, performance management, employee relations as well as office administration of the group of companies.
  • Develops, review, propose, enhance, implement and execution new/initiatives, implementation, work processes and policies to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries HR team to ensure alignment with company-wide HR policies, initiatives and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries HR team to ensure compliance with group-wide HR policies, regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
  • Lead recruitment & selection activities as per hiring needs and budget.
  • Oversees the full spectrum of payroll to ensure processes are executed accurately in a timely manner and in compliance with local labor law and tax requirement.
  • Drive for effective performance management ensuring the performance management processes are applied consistently and completely; Providing guidance, counsel and support to managers on talent development as well as disciplinary actions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least eight (8) years of work experiences in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industry.
  • Have good knowledge and experience in Malaysia Employment Law and Industrial Law.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
