Your new role
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be ensuring seamless operations by overseeing the storage, movement and tracking of inventory accurately and efficiently - while closely coordinating with suppliers, production, and logistics partners to increase warehouse operation efficiency. You are also required to optimise the warehouse layout and storage configurations to maximise space utilisation. Revising and regulating the safety and hygiene standards of the warehouse will be within your scope, as well. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a productive and positive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive hands-on experience in FMCG Warehouse Management/Operations - must have.
• Open to working on a shift basis (morning/afternoon/night) and Saturdays (morning/afternoon).
• Implement warehouse organisation strategies to ensure optimal space utilisation, efficient workflow, and accurate inventory.
• Warehouse layout and design optimisation experience
• Experienced in process and system improvement to increase warehouse and logistics operation efficiency
• Thorough review, revise and implement relevant KPIs/SOPs to increase productivity and warehouse operation efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
