Job Responsibilities :

  • General accounting duties including typing, filling and recording
  • Other duties which may be assigned by the Management or its representatives from time to time.
  • Perform account data entry in Accounting Systems
  • E-Invoice processing, to check the correctness of the invoices, supporting documents and approval before submitting to IRB.
  • To liaise with relevant parties on any discrepancy in the E-invoice or incompleteness of supporting document.
  • To follow up closely with the relevant parties on E-invoices submission status.
  • Reconciliation of vendor statement with E-invoice listing.
  • Assist in system E-invoice set up (collect customer & vendor data, update code and filling

Job Requirements :

  • SPM/LCCI/Certificate/Diploma In Accounting or Professional Certificate
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience and able to work independently. Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
  • Computer literate
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal skills
