  • Handle the full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, financial transactions tracking, and monitoring of fund and banking facilities.
  • To supervise the daily basic accounting functions.
  • Manage supplier invoices, customer invoicing, billing, payments maker, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • To ensure all financial transaction are properly documented authorized and recorded.
  • Generate monthly payroll report,payslips, and other payroll related documents such as EPF, SOCSO,PCB ensuring timely.
  • Assist in various accounting and administrative tasks, including liasing with goverment authorities,banker,auditors,tax agents,and company secretatries.
  • To perform data entry into the accounting system accordingly (Auto count & MYOB)
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Experience 2 years and above
  • Willing to Travel
