- Handle the full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, financial transactions tracking, and monitoring of fund and banking facilities.
- To supervise the daily basic accounting functions.
- Manage supplier invoices, customer invoicing, billing, payments maker, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- To ensure all financial transaction are properly documented authorized and recorded.
- Generate monthly payroll report,payslips, and other payroll related documents such as EPF, SOCSO,PCB ensuring timely.
- Assist in various accounting and administrative tasks, including liasing with goverment authorities,banker,auditors,tax agents,and company secretatries.
- To perform data entry into the accounting system accordingly (Auto count & MYOB)
- Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
- Diploma in Accounting
- Experience 2 years and above
- Willing to Travel
