Some typical activities that you will be hands-on:
- Assisting in the preparation of full sets of accounts, including cash management, receivables, payables, general ledger, inventory, and bank record transactions and reconciliation.
- Managing daily financial and accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against them.
- Ensuring proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Handling day-to-day administrative and operational activities, and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
- Liaising with external parties such as bankers, company secretaries, suppliers, contractors, auditors, tax agents, and other licensing authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant position
- Experience in preparing the full set of accounts is a must.
- Strong command of the English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin languages.
- Knowing Mandarin is essential
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to be based in KL, and to travel across site
