  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ACCOUNTS / FINANCE EXECUTIVE 财务主管

Job Description:

  • Preferably with a Mandarin-speaking candidate and with experience in hotel industry
  • Performing full set accounts and also responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting transaction in compliance with statutory and requirement.
  • Prepare accounts vouchers (payment, journal & etc).
  • Prepare suppliers payment for approval before cheque issuance.
  • Cheque issuance and petty cash reimbursement.
  • Prepare cash flow statement, perform bank and sales reconciliation for Hotel.
  • knowledge in SST for Hotel.
  • Perform profit & loss and balance sheet analysis.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties and when required.
  • Handle full set of accounts & monthly reporting (at least 3 years relevant job experience).
  • Manage subordinates and ensure up to date monthly, quarterly, half year and annual full set accounts and book keeping.
  • Preferably with a Mandarin-speaking candidate and with experience in hotel industry .
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance-General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
