MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for placement of new occupants in hostel.
- Conduct weekly inspection on staff hostels and ensure cleanliness and all basic furniture & fittings of the staff hostels are maintained at all time.
- Ensure all resigned/terminated staff’s check out from hostel according to the resort policy.
- Prepare hostel utilities bills payment documentations timely.
- Update hostel inventory report monthly.
- Monitor the Staff Lockers, Pest Control & Canteen cleanliness.
- Assist in Recruitment activities, HR admin support & Staff Welfare initiatives.
- Responsible for the record of all movements of staff hostels’ furniture & fittings and appliances.
- Keep updated record of staff hostels’ occupancy.
- Act immediately and handle effectively all the incidents/accident in hostel premises.
- Report all the incidents to HR Officer and Human Resources Manager on regular basis.
- Together with the Human Resources Manager and Welfare Committee, ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of staff canteen.
- Responsible for staff locker inventories and their maintenance.
- To carry out any duties assigned from time to time.
