Job Responsibilities:

  • To source and identify candidates using variety of channels upon request by HoD of respective Division or when a vacancy arises.
  • Ensure job positions are filled within budget.
  • Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • To arrange and conduct interview sessions, assessing candidate's skills and suitability organization.
  • Interview Panel as and when required.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design job descriptions and identify specific hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on candidate suitability.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and finalizing employment agreements.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, and prepare reports on recruitment effectiveness and trends.
  • To perform references check for shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • To prepare offer letters and related letters, maintain personal file documents in order.
  • To conduct onboarding program for new staff.
  • Timely follow up and monitor staff performance based for probationers.
  • Collaborate with managers to define clear performance goals and expectations during the probation period.
  • To prepare staff confirmation letter as per recommended by the superior, after the probation period ends.
  • To ensure matter pertaining recruitment process are as per company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and any relevant communications throughout the probation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or HR certification is advantage.
  • 3-5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
  • Good report writing and communication skills, preferably in both languages Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication skill.
