Responsibilities

  • Oversee activities in the sales gallery which includes monitoring the sales staff/ agent on the daily operation such as sales inquiries/ leads management, project briefing, contract & mortgage signing and after sales service.
  • Responsible to lead, guide and drive the sales team to achieve sales target set by the Company.
  • Manage appointed sales agents and ensuring sales adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
  • Ensure the sales team build and maintain good relationship with potential customers.
  • Ensure daily and weekly reports are submitted to the management timely.
  • Constantly update the Management on the requirements of the property market.
  • Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals and relevant agencies for carrying out Advertising and Promotional activities.
  • Liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing.
  • Responsible for statutory authorities, e.g Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP), 7F and NAPIC submission.
  • Conduct market surveys and analysis on competitors and property market.
  • Preparing, monitoring and tracking of marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 8 years’ experience in property development industry.
  • Innovative, Independent, self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Additional knowledgeable in building/property specification, and government laws and regulations relating to property would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written.
  • Possess relevant skills in MS Office and social media.
