  • Responsible to do Import Customs clearance and apply all kind of Permits & Sirim
  • To prepare all documentation for job file and customs clearance, checking ETA with shipping liners, request NOA and tax invoice for local charges.
  • Generate gate pass from Westport/Northport systems.
  • Responsible to do Export Customs clearance, declaration of K2, K3 and also arrange DG Cargo.
  • To arrange booking confirmation for customer and VGM for container.
  • Checking vessel sailing schedule and do booking for liner.
  • Prepare invoice, packing list, shipping instruction, shipping note and BL.
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse, inventory and haulage for incoming and deliveries.
  • Notify customers of any activities that may result in late delivery.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma at any field
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service be an added advantage
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
