Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage stamping, packing, warehouse processes according to the monthly shipment schedule.

2. Manage and plan department manpower to ensure the efficiency of the packing and warehousing operations.

3. Manage and ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of packing and warehousing activities, flows, documentations and according to the customers and in-house requirements.

4. Responsible to manage and ensuring inventory receiving from WIP store and packaging material store meet requirements.

5. Manage and ensure packed finish goods for shipments is on time and according to requirements in order form.

6. Manage and ensure all department data are accurate to the KPCS system.

7. Manage and ensure the compliance with QMS, EMS, OH&SMS, HALAL, HACCP, GMP, 5S, regulatory and company policies.

8. Coaching and training department employee to ensure their competency meet the job requirements.

9. Ensure to provide management the department end-month stock reports, factory glove balancing report and KPI report timely.

10. Ensure good collaboration and communicate with internal related department Productions, WIP, Planner, Loading, Stamping and QA.

11. Manage and ensure the facilities of forklift, lift truck, goods hoist lift, packing conveyor and carton sealing machine, weighing scale, vacuum machine, strapping machine and any other related facilities are taken care of.

12. Adhere safety rules and regulations to ensure subordinates follow the safety rule and regulations, compliance at all time.

13. Propose, manage and lead continual improvement projects in the department.

14. Any task assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

Min Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing or equivalent.

Experience:

Min 5 working years’ working experience in related field and min 2-3 years’ manager role.

Other Personal Capabilities:

  • Ability to provide guidance and coach employee, organize and administer all activities related to packing department.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills. Must able to provide guidance and coach employee, organize and administer all activities related to packing and warehousing.
  • Have strong communication skill, independent with self-initiative, positive 'can do' attitude and high self-discipline with minimum supervision.
  • Have good analytic and problem-solving skills with results orientated. Enable to provide analysis report to management from time to time.
  • Excellent in warehouse management systems (Example: KPCS, SAP), inventory control, space management.
  • Experience in GMP, FDA, HALAL, HACCP, ISO compliance and industrial standard.
  • Experienced in compliance such as ISO and any other relevant industrial standard.
  • Experienced in management procedures and processes and able to provide improvisation support.
  • Have good experience in warehouse safety processes (SOP) and compliances requirements. Able to work with GHSE/SHE in any safety initiatives.
