Job Responsibilities
- To identify and evaluate potential suppliers; establish and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- To negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- To conduct market analysis to monitor trends, pricing, and supplier performance; utilize insights to inform procurement strategies.
- To manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery; ensure that orders meet quality and timing specifications.
- To analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings; implement strategies to minimize expenses without compromising quality.
- To collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess.
- To ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, ethical, and company standards.

- To monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree or higher in Marketing, Supply Chain, or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
