Responsibilities:

  • To provide one stop customer service on enquiries, requests and complaints from walk-in customers and agency force.
  • To troubleshoot customers and agency force issues and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
  • To process customers' policy request within the Service Commitment Benchmark (SCB).
  • To process customers' payment and insurance application.
  • To provide feedback towards improving the existing workflows by proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • To ensure compliance to policies, guidelines and regulations.
  • To perform other duties as delegated by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service environment, experience in life insurance industry will be an added advantage
  • Good customer handling skills and complaint handling experience
  • Possess good attitude, customer-focus mindset, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
